Smarter Data Handling
The new “Export History Report” automated job lets you export historical data via API–perfect for generating automated reports and fast, reliable evaluations.

Improved PDF Exporting
PDF file names are now automatically generated based on your project settings–less manual work, more consistency.

Cleaner Project Deletion
When you delete archived projects, all associated data is now fully removed–no loose ends left behind.

Enhanced Workflow Control with LAGO Monitor
Adjust the priority of automated jobs directly through the Bridge–giving you more flexibility and real-time control.

Major enhancements in the PIM Module
The PIM module now offers a more powerful and intuitive experience. You can perform cross-project article searches, delete components with precision, and assign documents and pagination versions directly to specific channels. All of this is seamlessly managed through new hideable Bridge groups, giving you a cleaner, more focused interface.

Highlights

Database / Admin

The external key of the automat job settings can be viewed and edited in Admin.
In Admin, it is now possible to assign a channel to Automat Job Settings of the following types if the feature is activated via the Central Configuration:
Export PDF documents | Export Postscript documents | Collect for Output | Export for LAGO Digital

API

A new automat job type “Export History Report” is available in LAGO Admin. The export can be triggered via API.

PDF

For exported PDFs that were created with ‘Create PDFs for other projects’ (automat job type 43), the file name is now created according to the automat job settings.
If archived projects are deleted, the DB information and the LAGO FS data are now also deleted.

Monitor

It is now possible to adjust the priority in LAGO Monitor via the bridge of the automat jobs.

PIM

It is now possible to search for articles across projects in PIM. Articles from the search result can then be assigned to elements or copied to other projects.
In PIM “Cleanup Components” function was added in the element list. This function allows to select an element and execute the cleanup component function to delete the desired components.
It is now possible to assign documents to one or more channels in PIM. A new bridge group is available for this purpose, which can be hidden via the workspace.
It is now possible to assign folio versions manually to one or more channels. A new bridge group is available for this purpose, which can be hidden via the workspace.

Calculators

In calculator scripts, a new function can be used to get the flash article, namely Lago.getFlashArticle().

Search Folders

The article type structure with name and import key is now displayed.

Mail

Mail delivery in LAGO was technically improved. The user and password of the mail server are now to be entered RSA encrypted via the Central Configuration:
