We are currently hiring for the following position:

Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and resolutions for job ticket management (JIRA)

• Deliver implementation services, workshops, and training for LAGO functionality

• Utilize InDesign (and other software) for troubleshooting, feature testing, and documentation

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of retail marketing workflows

• Proficiency in InDesign

• Responsive and customer-focused mindset

• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems

• Willingness to travel in North America and Europe 20-30% (as required)
